[00:00] The note element can be used to annotate sections of your chart to make them easier to understand. This is the only element that doesn't have to be connected to any other elements in the chart. They can be placed anywhere, however, they can't overlap anything else on the chart. You can see here in this batch vessel chart that the note element has been used to make the chart a little bit easier to read by showing the reader which sections of the chart are in charge of which ingredients. Documenting charts like this is always a good practice, as it will help anyone looking at the chart better understand the design of the chart.
