[00:00] In the Ignition Designer, you can choose who has access to modify which properties. To start, you can see that I've added a few roles to my existing list. I've got to modify a Protect in a View role. Now to go use those, all I have to do is in the Designer, go up to Project and then Properties, and then once I've got that open, I'm going to go to my Permissions section, and you can see here that we've got a couple of different permissions that are allowed for the designer. Now some of these, like Publish, Save and Delete, I want to add a new role. And if you just press space, it'll pop up the list or if you start typing, it will auto-complete for you. So on publish, I want to use my Modify role. The same on Save and Delete. So now you need to have that Modify role in order to be able to make any changes to your project. To view it, I'm going to use my View role. And for my Protect Resources, which grants me the ability to protect a resource, I'm going to use the Protect role. Now all I have to do, once I've got these in there, is hit OK and save my project. And then in order to do any of these things, your users will have to have those specific roles.
